Prime property prices see slight rise in November

The prices for prime properties in the UK saw a slight rise in
November, as prices improved compared to the month prior.
According to the latest figures from Prime Location, the price of
prime properties across the country rose by 0.2 per cent in
November. This showed a direct contrast to the rest of the property
market, where the average price of houses dropped by 0.2 per cent
in the same month.
The report said that prime property prices had reached a record
level in each of the last seven months, a trend continued in
November, when the average price rose to £475,597.
However, the whole market has not performed to the same level, as
London and Wales have seen the best improvements, making up for the
six out of 11 areas where prime property prices have fallen. This
is however good news for those with
property for sale in Newport.
Throughout the year, London has performed better than any other
region in the country.
